“ First time visiting Uncle Giuseppe restaurant. This certainly will not be my last. Authentic Italian restaurant. The smell was incredible opening the front door and walking in. Ordered the calamari. Delicious. The lobster ravioli. Delicious. The bread is soooooo goood too. Service was incredible. They had an older gentleman singing but it wasn’t too loud so you couldn’t hear your table talking. It was perfect background noise. Restaurant was PACKED. Definitely give this place a shot if you haven’t already ”
“ Ordered Zuppa de pesce and the Parmigiana and it comes with either soup or salad. My bf rated it a 9/ 10 and I rated the parmigiana a 8.5. The sauce could have been better. The Caesar salad was really good and the soup pasta e fagioli was a 7/10 but my bf doesn’t really like soup. The atmosphere was off, being Hispanic, I felt I was being judged by non Americans. As soon an we walked in the whole restaurant stared at us and it got quiet. It’s not a big restaurant so it felt very awkward. Even after all this I would still come back if I’m ever on that side of town. ”
“ I have to absolutely RAVE about how wonderful the food was. There was so much flavor in everything. Uncle G's Penne was delicious. It will be hard to not order the same thing again and again, but I know there are other great things on the menu. The Pasta E Fagioli was the most flavorful one I've ever had. The fresh bread was our Achilles heel, and we ended up having 3 after stating that we wouldn't be "wasting room" on bread. And the quality was only made better by such quantity that refitted two full meals from it. I will be back over and over again. ”

I received over 60 comments with great recommendations from locals, I narrowed it down to 4 places that were repeatedly mentioned & Uncle Giuseppe’s Lil Bit of Brooklyn was one of them. Realizing this was only 5 minutes from the house, I chose this establishment to try first and I was NOT disappointed. The phone call to place the takeout order was seamless, hostess was so kind, when I got there they were very prompt with handing my order off to me even on a busy Saturday night. I got home, and I literally gasped at how good it looked. I’ve had a lot of alfredo, but never with blackened charred chicken.. OMG it is amazing. And the serving was enough for 2 people. So delicious. Food & service was great and in my opinion that is hard to find these days. These people take pride in their food. I will be back, a lot. ”
“ We ordered a couple pizzas and some pasta to share and I have to say this was some of the best food I have ever eaten. The pasta was better than anything I had in Italy. The sauce was also incredible. The pizza was new York style, but also among the best I've ever had. I immediately texted family and friends to tell them they had to go here and I wished I was not on a weekend trip to the area, so that I could have gone back once more before leaving. Do not miss it! ”

My Cacio E Pepe was perfection. I even ordered an extra bruschetta to take home, it was that good!! The complimentary bread was even delish!! Definitely try the chocolate martini! “ This unassuming little spot in a shopping center had the best pasta dinner and pizza we have ever had, even in our foodie family. The pasta was fresh, so tomatoy and the drizzle of pasta tied with the fresh cheese was to die for. I have never in my life actually cleaned a full plate of food until that dinner. I even used the bread to sop up the rest of the sauce. My family talked about it for days. I wish I'd taken a picture of the food! ”
“ Really great Italian cuisine! Stopped in for a quick dinner and was seated right away. Please note: Get a reservation if you are arriving after 6pm, this place filled up fast! As I was seated, water and bread were brought right away. I ordered the Grandma Pizza with mushrooms and garlic. So good, and highly recommend! Very clean, service was great. There are so many things I want to try, and I will be back soon! ”
